"Open Eyes, Open Ears" - A World Music and Global Roots Showcase in support of Amnesty International
I'm excited to announce that I will be giving my FIRST LIVE PERFORMANCE AS A WORLD/ROOTS ARTIST with backing musicians. Up until now, I've been performing as a solo Native hand drummer but now that my new CD Medicine Song is well on its way, I'm breaking out and giving you ALL of who I am.
You'll hear a fusion of Native singing/chanting, reggae, R&B/soul and gospel in an intimate performance style. I'm so excited to do this concert and hope to see you there if you're in or near Toronto! I'm one of several world fusion artists performing on March 13th.
